Pancakes : Mix 3 kg Peklez Pancake & Waffle powder mixture with 4.5 liters of milk in a deep bowl and let it stand for a while. Then take the mixture with a small sauce ladle and fry it in an ungreased teflon pan.
Waffle : Mix 3 kg Peklez Pancake & Waffle powder mixture with 4.5 lt water and 300 ml sunflower oil in a deep bowl. After 2 minutes it is ready for use.
